LO1-InDesign introductions

Today in this lesson I will be learning the function off Adobe InDesign and the way to use it.  The content page for a real magazine

Key Terms
Dialog Box- any box that gives information
Desktop publishing programme
Information is when it is broken up.
Any where around the magazine that is blank is called white space.
Margins divide up the section up by white space.
Gutter the space between to columns
The content on the magazine is very well placed because the picture are anchored so then it relates to the artist. Text clearly can be seen that it is focused on that subject. They kept to the house style and the fonts go very well together. It also is good because the colours contrast each other. This is a two page spread.

This dialogue box is used to set up the page layout also to set how many columns you want to use on the page.
